Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Bellstrike (bellstrike.app), a trading journal made by Kenpachi Trades (kenpachitrades.com). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

A tool, not advice

Bellstrike is software for recording and reviewing your own trades. We do not give financial, investment, tax or trading advice, we do not manage money, execute trades or provide any financial service, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Statistics, reports, insights, built-in strategy write-ups and AI coach answers are educational and based on the data you provide. They can be incomplete or wrong. Trading futures, forex and other instruments carries a high risk of loss. Every trading decision, and its result, is yours alone.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One free trial per person. Creating extra accounts or devices to repeat it is not allowed.

Your data

What you put into Bellstrike stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

Broker connections

If you connect a broker or prop firm account, you confirm you are allowed to, and that the platform's own terms permit it. Connections only read your trade history. Imported data depends on that platform and may be delayed, missing or inaccurate.

Plans and payments

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.
• We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you before a change applies to you.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The app, its design, and the built-in Kenpachi Trades models and material belong to Kenpachi Trades. You may use them for your own trading journal, but not copy, republish or sell them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bellstrike running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups with Export. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kenpachi Trades is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of Bellstrike, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Bellstrike and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Using Bellstrike after that means you accept them.
